All three of these classes are running virtually!

The Peoples Yoga is live-streaming all classes. It’s a great way to practice, and connect.

For students with some yoga experience and no major injuries. Expect some traditional yoga poses in a slow flow, mixed with out-of-the-box strength, mobility and functional movement work.
